I am driving to the conference. Where can I park? How much does it cost?
Follow the large PARKING signs to the designated pay and display car parks. Please note there is NO payment required at all during the conference week as it is O-week (Orientation) and enrolment for Session 2.
I will be looking around campus on Tuesday afternoon, will there be a Library tour?
There will be a Library tour at 3pm on Tuesday afternoon, including the robots. Meet opposite the information desk in the Library. No need to sign up.
Will there be other Library tours during the Conference period, robots included?
Yes. There will be other Library tours on Thursday 12.45pm and 4.45pm, Friday 12.45pm. Meet opposite the information desk on the ground floor of the Library. Limit 15. Please sign the sheets on registration or at the Help desk.
Where is registration?
Registration is at the Atrium, on the lowest level of the Campus Hub building. Volunteers will be available from 8.15am to guide you to the correct location.
Where is the Learning Circle?
Volunteers will be at the Atrium to guide participants across the lawns to the Learning Circle by the lake. Allow at least 5 minutes to get to the Circle. If the weather is inclement the welcome ceremony will be held inside the atrium.
Where do I register for either of the two AGNSW guided tours of the Archibald Prize (the Wednesday night, 22 July)?
At registration please sign the relevant sheet for wither the 6pm or 7 pm tour. NOTE THERE IS A LIMIT OF 25 FOR EACH TOUR.
Where do I go for help?
The Level 3 Help Desk in the Conference venue will have 1x IT and 2X general volunteer helpers at the Help Desk at all times to assist you in every way you need. Technical info is also printed on back of your brief programme in the lanyard pouch and on the conference website.
Can I check what is on the menus?
Yes. Laminated menus will be available at the Help Desk for your information. All requirements have been considered in the choices of food.
